For patients diagnosed as having an illness or already being treated at Pio XII
The global care of each child or adolescent in the “Care for Breathe” programmes includes diagnosis, therapy, and rehabilitation, made possible thanks to the teamwork of a number of specialised professionals like doctors, biologists, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and instructors.
It is a unique approach that provides a global view of the patient, reducing the discomfort and costs associated with a more scattered approach, and guarantees a personalised programme tailor-made for each child, with the specific purpose of reducing or suspending the current therapy.
The institute is covered by the National Health System through the Veneto region. It is possible to access all services, both outpatient and full-time admissions, without going through the NHS by paying.
